Председатель Центральной избирательной комиссии РФ Элла Памфилова считает, что для внедрения технологии блокчейн в России ей стоит поменять название. Об этом глава ЦИК сказала в ходе научно-практической конференции “Выборы. Сегодня и завтра”.
“Для продвижения в России этой технологии в разных сферах необходим какой-то ребрендинг, потому что название даже… русский какой-то аналог нужен. есть некая ментальная неприязнь к этому названию. блок — это сразу какое-то замкнутое пространство”, – заявила Элла Памфилова.
Впрочем, по мнению главы ЦИК РФ, не только термин “блокчейн” нуждается в ребрендинге, она предложила участникам конференции подумать над новыми названиями для избирательной урны и избирательного ящика. Как считает Памфилова, данные понятия также вызывают негативные ассоциации.
