Исходя из требований Управления по контролю за иностранными активами Минфина США (OFAC), физические и юридические лица, на которых распространяются санкции, не могут осуществлять операции по криптовалютным кошелькам.
Информацию насчет виртуальных активов, принадлежащих санкционным лицам сервис Crystal уже обновил. Теперь актуальные сведения компания будет получать от местных органов власти Украины, Минцифры и Киберполиции.
По словам замминистра цифровой трансформации Александра Борнякова, ведомство будет работать над тем, чтобы «блокировать активы россиян под санкциями».
