ETF компании QR Asset Management (тикер QBTC11) попадет в листинг фондовой биржи B3 в Сан-Паулу. Котировки биткоин-ETF от Evolve Funds Group будут повторять динамику индекса CME CF Bitcoin Reference Rate от Чикагской товарной биржи (CME Group).
Для справки. Компания входит в состав группы QR Capital. Под управлением QR Asset Management находятся криптовалютные активы на сумму 423 млн реалов (~$77 млн), она обслуживает более 10 000 клиентов в Латинской Америке.
Команда QR Capital информирует, что фонд стал четвертым подобным регулируемым инвестиционным продуктом на основе биткоина в мире. Три предыдущие были запущены в Канаде с начала 2021 года. B3 станет второй фондовой биржей, предлагающей доступ к такому инструменту.
Многие эксперты уверены, что решение CVM может ускорить одобрение запуска биткоин-ETF в США. Бразильское ведомство, как и SEC, является членом Международной организации комиссий по ценным бумагам (IOSCO), которая координирует регулирование отрасли.
