Напомним, 19 октября Grayscale направила в SEC форму 19b-4 на преобразование биткоин-траста в спотовый ETF под тикером BTC. Такое решение было принято после старта торгов первым биржевым фондом на базе фьючерсов на первую криптовалюту.
Это крупнейший траст под управлением Grayscale. Согласно данным 25 октября, его объем составлял $40,46 млрд. Совокупный AUM компании оценивался в $55,5 млрд.
