Один из самых известных в Беларуси банков Mtbankfx в ближайшее время начнет предлагать биткоин-контракт на разницу (CFD). Проект является результатом партнерской работы белорусского банка и швейцарского Swiss Dukascopy Bank SA. Mtbankfx является аккредитованным дилером FX и первой банковской платформой FOREX в Беларуси.
Условия торговли на платформе Mtbankfx предусматривают, что финансовые инструменты, в том числе пара BTC-USD с рычагом 1:3, «…доступны для транзакций круглосуточно», с открытия рынка по воскресеньям в 21:00 по Гринвичу летом (22:00 GMT зимой). Рынки работают до закрытия торгов по пятницам в 20:00 по Гринвичу в летнее/зимнее время». Для CFD контрактов на биткоин компания специально оговорила условия, что:
«Все открытые позиции будут закрыты по пятницам в 20:00 по Гринвичу».
CFD контракты на биткоин являются единственными, которые будет закрываться принудительно.
В январе президент Беларуси Александр Лукашенко подписал Указ «О развитии цифровой экономики», в котором были легализованы криптовалюты, первоначальные предложения монет и смарт-контракты. Указ вступил в силу в марте.
В настоящее время уже готовы поправки к данному документу, обязывающие криптовалютные биржи, работающие в Парке высоких технологий (HTP), раскрывать свои данные и идентифицировать клиентов.
