Команда криптобиржи цифровых активов Binance приняла решение подавать в суд на издательскую компанию Forbes Media и ее журналистов. Причина иска — материал, в котором биржу обвинили в ведении незаконнойдеятельности на территории США.
В доказательство своих слов, журналисты представили свод документов «Tai Chi», в котором авторы приводят якобы действующую стратегию развития бизнеса Binance в США, в обход правового регулирования. По мнению компании Binance, использованные в СМИ материалы не соответствуют действительности. Доказывать свою правоту намерены в судебном порядке.
Этот документ, по словам команды Binance, был создан не ими. Предполагаемый автор «Tai Chi» – некто Гарри Чжоу – никогда, по словам CEO биржи Чанпена Чжао, не работал в компании.

Сразу после публикации материала в Forbes, Binance обратилась к изданию с запросом на удаление материала и публикации опровержения. Представители издания никак не отреагировали на обращение. Второй шаг от команды Binance — судебное разбирательство, в ходе которого специалисты объявили о намерении взыскать с Forbes компенсацию.
Нужно сказать, что в «Tai Chi» автор пишет о запуске американской платформы Binance.US, в качестве отвлекающего маневра компании для ведения деятельности на территории США. Напомним, биржи была вынуждена запустить площадку для законного предоставления услуг в Америке.
