От имени компания GBM Global Holdings, стоящей за биткоин-биржей BitMart, поступило требование в виде судебного запрета на операции с «поддельными Bitcoin SV (BSV)». Заявление подано в суд Южного округа Нью-Йорка, пишет Law360.
Ранее, 8 июля, Bitcoin Association сообщила, что сеть Bitcoin SV подверглась атаке реорганизации.

Компания порекомендовала торговым платформам заблокировать депозиты «с любых адресов, связанных с незаконными действиями».
«В сети BSV были приняты меры защиты, и с тех пор никаких дальнейших атак не было», — добавили в Bitcoin Association.
Согласно информации Law360, 8 июля GBM Global Holdings обнаружила BSV, сгенерированные в результате нападения. По словам платформа, были обнаружены мошеннические переводы «по крайней мере на восемь других бирж, включая Binance, Huobi, OKEx и KuCoin», а также «две транзакции с нью-йоркскими клиентами BitMart».
Команда GBM считает, что за этими действиями стоят китайские хакеры. Они выпустили BSV в нарушение законодательства США и обманули «как минимум 43 пользователя», считают в компании.
GBM попросила суд вмешаться в защиту пользователей, несмотря на то, что ответчики находятся за пределами Нью-Йорка.
«Ответчиками являются иностранные хакеры, которых невозможно идентифицировать, […] почти нет шансов, что они выплатят компенсацию за ущерб. За исключением получения судебного запрета на уже выявленную, созданную незаконно криптовалюту, у заявителя нет возможности обеспечить окончательное восстановление», — говорится в документе.
Ранее было известно, что злоумышленники осуществили DDoS-атаку на сайт Bitcoin.org и потребовали 0,5 BTC. Этому предшествовала победа Райта в суде по делу против владельца ресурса под псевдонимом Cobra.
