Акции Far Peak Acquisition торгуются на Нью-Йоркской фондовой бирже (NYSE). SPAC принадлежит бывшему президенту торговой площадки Тому Фарли. В 2015 году под руководством последнего NYSE инвестировала в Coinbase.
Напомним, в июне Block.one урегулировала конфликт с инвесторами. Суд закрыл дело на условиях выплаты ответчиком $27,5 млн.
