Сообщение о мерах саморегуляции предпринимаемых криптовалютными биржами появилось сегодня в Wall Street Journal.
Крипторейтинговый совет (Crypto Rating Council)
Операторы бирж, среди которых присутствуют такие ведущие игроки индустрии как Coinbase, Kraken, Circle Internet Financial и Bittrex, разработали систему оценок позволяющую определить, какие криптовалюты можно представлять на своих платформах, а какие не следует, чтобы не нарушать законодательство о ценных бумагах.
Совет Crypto Ratings, состоящий из группы ведущих бирж, будет публиковать онлайн-рейтинги цифровых активов по шкале от 1 до 5. Токены с более высоким рейтингом будут считаться ценными бумагами, и, как следствие, не будут рекомендоваться к торговле на биржах.
«Кроме того, эмитенты токенов не будут иметь предварительных данных о рейтингах, хотя они могут предоставить информацию для оспаривания баллов, полученных их активами », – отмечает издание Wall Street Journal.
Биткоин, самая надежная криптовалюта, получил рейтинг «1», а XRP – «4». В Crypto Rating Council входят, помимо указанных ранее бирж такие представители индустрии: Anchor Labs, Genesis Global Trading, Grayscale Investments и Paxos Trust.
