NEM Blockchain Hub будет организовывать образовательные программы, блокчейн-мероприятия, а также служить бизнес-инкубатором и центром поддержки стартапов, использующих сеть NEM.
Как заявил глава NEM Foundation в Австралии и Новой Зеландии Цзянь Чань (Jian Chan), запуск блокчейн-хаба в Мельбурне является показателем стремления компании к расширению присутствия в мире. После открытия центра в Австралии Фонд NEM присутствует в более чем 40 странах, добавил он.
Представители местной индустрии с энтузиазмом восприняли открытие NEM Blockchain Hub в Мельбурне, отметив, что это добавит разнообразия в блокчейнах за пределами Bitcoin и Ethereum, а также поможет лучше понять их отличия.
В NEM Foundation рассказали, что в дополнение к уже существующим и будущим совместным проектам с австралийскими стартапами планируется также проведение нескольких ICO на базе сети NEM.
