Инсайдерский источник также сообщил, что в настоящее время Cboe ожидает решения Комиссии по торговле товарными фьючерсами (CFTC). Директор Комиссии по ценным бумагам и биржам (SEC) в июне сообщил, что агентство не рассматривает торговлю эфиром как нарушение закона о ценных бумагах.
