«Из-за угроз SEC [Комиссии по ценным бумагам и биржам] я больше не работаю с ICO. Я не рекомендую их, а те, кто разрабатывает ICO, могут рассчитывать на арест», — написал МакАфи в Twitter аккаунте, насчитывающем более 820 000 подписчиков.
По сообщению Bloomberg, МакАфи пообещал, что в ближайшее время опубликует статью о проектах, альтернативных ICO, на которые не распространяется контроль SEC:
