В Монголии ранее был разработан полный нормативный набор правил работы с криптовалютой. Небанковская финансовая организация Mobicinance, входящая в корпорацию Mobicom, стала первой компанией, которая приобрела сертификат на выпуск цифровой валюты и начала распространение «Candy» в качестве официальной цифровой валюты.
Генеральный директор Mobicom Corporation Тацуя Хамада (Tatsuya Hamada) заявил:
«По мере того как цифровые валюты получают все большее распространение, банкоматы и карты отходят в прошлое».
Напомним, в конце апреля 2018 года Центральный банк Монголии утвердил Регламент по цифровым валютам. Цель документа – создать легальную базу для координации обращения цифровой валюты и связанной с ней деятельностью.
