Как говорится в пресс-релизе, права на бренд Ortus принадлежат компании из Гонконга Bithumb Global Limited, специализирующейся на предоставлении услуг институциональным инвесторам.
После прохождения необходимых процедур «знай своего покупателя» и проверок, связанных с противодействием отмыванию денег, инвесторы смогут использовать сервисы Ortus, включая перевод средств доступ к ОТС-платформе.
OTC-трейдинг представляет собой опцию для институциональных инвесторов, заинтересованных в торговле большими объемами. Внебиржевой трейдинг позволяет им совершать прямые сделки друг с другом – в отличие от торговли посредством криптобиржи.

Отметим, что в ноябре прошлого года крупнейшая в США криптобиржа Coinbase также запустила услугу OTC-трейдинга для институциональных клиентов. А другая американская биржа, Bittrex, также заявила о планах открытия такой же услуги.
