Новые устройства увеличат общие вычислительные мощности Hut 8 на 1,6 TH и позволят диверсифицировать бизнес по добыче криптовалют за счет Ethereum и других альткоинов.
Как сообщает CoinDesk, CEO Nvidia Колетт Кресс заявляла об ожидании объема продаж процессоров для майнинга в первом квартале 2021 года в размере $50 млн. Сделка с канадской фирмой перекрывает более половины этой суммы.
