Адвокат Нистора Анатол Паназару высказал протест против экстрадиции. Он утверждает, что не были соблюдены условия сотрудничества между Румынией и США в данной сфере.
Нистора обвиняют ошибочно
Паназару утверждает, что приписываемые его подзащитному преступления совершили другие граждане Румынии. Мошенники конвертировали фиатные деньги в биткоины на территории США. Поэтому отмывание денег имело место именно там.
Далее другие мошенники конвертировали ВТС в фиат на Coinflux в Румынии. Так что Нистор не мог знать, что эти средства были получены в результате незаконной деятельности.
Мы уже писали о том, что основатель Coinflux был арестован в декабре прошлого года. Счета криптобиржи были заморожены. Она была основана три года назад. На Coinflux торговались ВТС, ЕТН, LTC и XRP.
