Повторное распределение 100 000 «красных конвертов» с 200 цифровыми юанями (DCEP) в каждом решили провести власти китайского города Шэньчжэнь. Общая сумма лотереи — $3 млн, пишет The Block, ссылаясь на местные СМИ.
Условие для победителей – потратить полученные средства с 7 по 17 января. Сделать это можно в любом из 10 000 магазинов, ресторанов и супермаркетов Шэньчжэня.
В прошлом году власти города уже провели первое распределение цифрового юаня среди населения. От населения было принято заявки от 1 913 847 человек на получение одного из 50 000 «красных конвертов».
В декабре 2020 года тестирование цифрового юаня провели в городе Сучжоу — власти раздали 100 000 «красных конвертов» с 200 DCEP.
Главное отличие этого проекта Сучжоу от проведенного в Шэньчжэне не только вмасштабе:
- в тестах были задействованы кошельки от шести крупнейших коммерческих банков страны;
- потратить средства можно было на втором по величине онлайн-ритейлере Китая — JD.com;
- была открыта возможность офлайн-переводов DCEP через касание смартфонами.
Как сообщили китайские СМИ, именно в последней функции нашли ошибки, потому в новом тесте в Шэньчжэне она задействована не будет.
