Почему возникает проблема с определением даты решения SEC
В криптовалютном сообществе в настоящее время упоминается дата принятия решения регулятора — 10 августа. Однако, согласно сообщению Reddit, сделанному пользователем CryptopherWalken, эта дата может быть неправильной.
При расчете даты вынесения вердикта SEC, по заверению CryptopherWalken, назвавшего себя юристом по ценным бумагам, следует учитывать дату публикации заявки в Федеральном регистре. Однако уведомление SEC, опубликованное 26 июня, было размещено в Федеральном регистре только 2 июля. Таким образом, дата окончательного решения регулятора может сдвинуться на 16 августа.
Кроме того дата вынесения решения может быть отодвинута по решению Комитета «инициировать разбирательство».
Напомним, директор BitMEX считает, что позитивное решение регуляторов относительно биткоин ETF подтолкнет цену BTC к 50 тыс. долларов.
