Как стало известно, 5 марта, суд отклонил запрос Tetragon. Суд прокомментировал такое решение тем, что пока дело SEC не будет разрешено, статус XRP остается открытым вопросом.
«SEC еще необходимо доказать свою правоту в суде, но мы не верим, что они смогут это сделать. Как публично заявили наши юристы, SEC абсолютно не права», — говорится в заявлении Ripple.
