Одна из крупнейших в мире площадок для торговли ценными бумагами Шанхайская фондовая биржа (SSE) предполагает использование распределенной бухгалтерской технологии (DLT). Новая технология, по мнению SSE, повысит эффективность операций с ценными бумагами, сообщает CoinDesk.
Специалисты биржи провели детальное исследование, по результатам которого выпущен отчет. Анализу были подвергнуты различные этапы транзакций ценных бумаг с использованием DLT. Были исследованы преимущества новой технологии при регистрации трейдеров, выпуске и торговле акциями, а также взаиморасчеты после совершения торговой операции.
Повышение скорости проведения сделок
Основное достоинство DLT для финансовой инфраструктуры Китая – это повышение эффективности расчетов. В результате использования блокчейн технологии появится возможность отойти от существующей в Китае схемы T+1, при которой транзакция может быть разрешена только через один рабочий день после оформления заказа.
«Во всем мире пришли к согласию, что DLT станет новой революционной технологией для финансовой индустрии. Первыми случаями использования приложений станут внебиржевые операции и торговля ценными бумагами, а также проведение послеоперационных расчетов», – говорится в исследовании SSE.
Однако эксперты пришли к выводу, что применение DLT на китайской фондовой бирже может столкнуться с рядом регуляторных препятствий. В Китае в настоящее время используется централизованная система регистрации и расчетов.
Напомним, Банк Англии объявил о планах по кардинальному преобразованию системы расчетов с использованием технологии DLT.
