Постановлением от 20 января областной суд Архангельска отменил решение о внесении сайта криптобиржи Binance в список запрещенных на территории РФ.
Согласно этому решению, сайт компании может работать на территории РФ сразу после исключения его из списка запрещенных интернет-ресурсов.
Интересы криптобиржы в суде представляла юридическая фирма Digital Rights Center. По их словам, сайт находился под угрозой блокировки еще с сентября 2020 года. Именно в то время компания получила уведомление Роскомнадзора с просьбой удалить с сайта информацию о биткоине, признанную судом незаконной.
Первым решение о внесении сайта в реест вынес Мирнинский суд Архангельской области. По непонятным причинам Binance о начале судебного разбирательства насчет блокировки сайта не уведомили.
«Счастливы, что смогли оспорить блокировку домена и соответсвующее решение суда в установленном порядке. Есть надежда, что после принятия прозрачных законов в области регулирования криптовалют в РФ, аналогичные конфликты сторон исчезнут и не будут причинять вред развитию криптовалютных проектов в России», — прокомментировал ситуацию директор Binance в России и СНГ Глеб Костарев.
