Пресс-служба Гагаринского суда Москвы сообщает, что судья удовлетворил иск Генпрокуратуры о взыскании с бывшего министра по координации деятельности Открытого правительства Михаила Абызова и Альфа-банка $126,5 млн, связанных с инвестициями в проект Telegram Open Network (TON).
В долях взыскания, с Альфа-банка суд стягивает $104,5 млн, с Абызова — $22 млн.
Генпрокуратура считает, что Абызов разместил в Альфа-банке $126,5 млн, полученных коррупционным путем. Эти средства он вложил в блокчейн-платформу TON мессенджера Telegram и перевел в Альфа-банк, после закрытия проекта.
Сумму в $104,5 млн банк обратил в свою собственность. СМИ предполагают, что это было сделано в счет долгов принадлежавшей Абызову компании Е4. А сумму $22 млн Абызов направил на счета подконтрольных ему лиц, уверены в Генпрокуратуре.
Абызов и его адвокат в свою очередь настаивают, что эти лица не имеют к бывшему министру никакого отношения. В Альфа-банке заявили, что не понимают, «в чем состоит суть претензий». И Абызов, и банк намерены обжаловать судебное решение.
Напомним, Абызова задержали в 2019 году. Его обвинили в мошенничестве и создании преступного сообщества. По версии следствия, экс-министр с сообщниками похитил 4 млрд рублей и вывел их за рубеж.
