Вторичные финансовые инструменты криптовалютной индустрии становятся все более популярными у институциональных инвесторов. В Комиссии по торговле товарными фьючерсами США (CFTC) получено разрешение на торговлю Swap Execution Facility (SEF) управляемыми криптовалютным стартапом Tassat. Это уже третье разрешение на управление SEF, ранее его уже получили платформы от SeedCX и LedgerX.
Конкуренция нарастает
Стартап Tassat до сентября 2019 года именовался trueDigital и является дочерней компанией площадки TrueEX, специализирующейся на торговле процентными свопами. После получения разрешения CFTC платформа планирует перечислить физически поставляемые маржинальные свопы для биткоина
В настоящее время Tassat не раскрывает точную дату запуска, но продолжает «активно набирать институциональных участников» и тестирует продукт. После запуска SEF Tassat станет прямым конкурентом SeedCX, уже с августа месяца тестирующей аналогичный продукт и планирующая начать с ними работу на протяжении ближайших трех месяцев. Между тем третий участник платформа LedgerX имеет разрешение на управление SEF еще с 2017 года, и уже предлагает свопы и опционные продукты для институциональных клиентов.
Напомним, с вчерашнего дня на бирже Binance доступно размещение депозитов и снятие средств с использованием евро и украинской гривны.
