Регистраторы ценных бумаг изучают блокчейн
Тайская ассоциация рынка облигаций (TBMA) планирует использование технологии блокчейн для платформы обслуживания регистраторов облигаций. Комиссия по ценным бумагам и биржам Таиланда уже выдала разрешение на разработку частной сети блокчейн, доступной только для участников рынка облигаций (эмитенты, инвесторы и депозитарные организации).
Создание и внедрение системы будет разделено на три этапа. TBMA на первом этапе создаст блокчейн платформу для распространения информационного бюллетня, содержащего данные о процентных ставках и платежах.
Второй этап разработки включает добавление обслуживания депозитов облигаций.
На третьем этапе будут созданы токены Bond Coin, система клиринга и расчетов. Разработка всех трех этапов займет около 24 месяцев.
Исполнительный вице-президент TBMA Чайтат Прахубди (Chaitat Prachuabdee) заявил, что новая инфраструктура повысит доступность информации о корпоративных облигациях и может потенциально сократить время транзакций с 7-10 дней до 1-3 дней.
Напомним, финансовый регулятор Таиланда Комиссия по ценным бумагам и биржам (SEC) заявила, что правила, позволяющие лицензировать размещение первичных монет (ICO), вступят в силу с 16 июля.
