На заседании 26 ноября правительство РФ одобрило законопроект о порядке предоставления налоговой отчетности при осуществлении операций с криптовалютой. Такая информация опубликована в отчете.
«Одобрить проект федерального закона «О внесении изменений в части первую и вторую Налогового кодекса РФ» и внести его в Государственную думу в установленном порядке», — постановило правительство.
Ранее Минфин планировал обязать граждан декларировать операции с криптовалютой. Ведомство сформировало поправки в Уголовный и Уголовно-процессуальный кодексы, предусмотрев миллионные штрафы и тюремные сроки за систематическое нарушение отчетности перед налоговой при проведении операций с цифровой валютой на крупные суммы.
К примеру, за отсутствие отчета об операциях в эквиваленте от 45 млн рублей и выше предусмотрено наказание в виде трех лет тюрьмы. А также физические лица и организаций обязаны отчитываться в ФНС о получении цифровой валюты, если за календарный год сумма операций превышает эквивалент 600 000 рублей.
Многие эксперты уже осудили постановление и предупредили, что под них попадет большая часть трейдеров из РФ.
