На данный момент сделка подлежит одобрению регуляторов. Оплату Visa произведет денежными средствами.
В пресс-релизе сказано, что Tink останется под своим брендом и сохранит нынешнюю команду менеджеров. Штаб-квартира компании останется в Стокгольме.

Tink работает с финансовыми учреждениями, финтех-стартапами и мерчантами в направлении создания индивидуальных инструментов, продуктов и услуг по управлению финансами для граждан и компаний на основе финансовых данных последних. Сервис Tink интегрировался с 3400 банками и финансовым учреждениями.
«Ожидаем, что после объединения с Visa потребители получат инструменты, которые упростят и обезопасят их личные финансы», — добавил CEO платежной системы Альфред Келли.
Ранее стало известно о стратегии Visa в сфере криптовалют, которую в январе представил Келли.
