Новая лицензия, выданная Министерством экономики Лихтенштейна, является важным для LCX этапом в создании «полностью регулируемой блокчейн-экосистемы», предназначенной для институциональных и профессиональных инвесторов.
LCX также планирует подать заявку на лицензию от Управления по финансовым рынкам (FMA), а также от других регуляторов для торговли, кроме прочего, секьюрити-токенами, говорится в пресс-релизе биржи. Для получения большего количества лицензий LCX увеличила свой номинальный капитал с 100,000 CHF до 1 млн. CHF.
Как говорится в сообщении, биржа полностью соответствует требованиям AML—KYC, и теперь официально предоставляет институциональным криптоигрокам целый ряд сервисов, включая торговое место, хранилище и глобальную фиат-в-крипто биржу Binance LCX.
