Продолжительность кампании составила четыре месяца. Ее возглавил частный банк Roger Studer, под управлением которого в конце 2019 года находились активы на $215 млрд.
Капитализация компании достигла $327 млн
Полученное финансирование будет задействовано для расширения сервисов в сферах кредитования, стейкинга и хранения криптовалютных активов.
В настоящее время компания пытается получить лицензии банка и дилера ценных бумаг в Швейцарии, а также банковскую лицензию в соседнем Лихтенштейне. Часть полученного финансирования была отложена на случай, если какая-либо из этих заявок будет одобрена. Это позволит Bitcoin Suisse запустить новые продукты.
Компания утверждает, что в первом полугодии зафиксировала уверенный рост продуктов и сервисов, а успешный инвестраунд позволит удовлетворить потребности в капитале на обозримое будущее.
Кроме того, в течение ближайших лет Bitcoin Suisse может провести первичное биржевое предложение (IPO), а также предложение security-токенов (STO). Конкретное решение будет зависеть от спроса на рынке и потребностей в капитале. Представитель компании заявил, что успешный инвестраунд повысил шансы листинга Bitcoin Suisse на бирже.
