Австралийская криптовалютная биржа Blockbid заключила соглашение с компанией LexisNexis, занимающейся менеджментом рисков, и ThreatMetrix, занимающейся кибербезопасностью. Цель партнерства – предотвратить мошенничество и отмывание денег на платформе Blockbid.
Как ожидается, соглашение даст Blockbid возможность повысить уровень защиты от злоумышленников. А также внедрить принцип «знай своего покупателя» (KYC), чтобы соответствовать глобальному законодательству в области борьбы с отмыванием денег.
Blockbid запустила бета-версию 16 апреля, заявив, что в соответствии с требованиями австралийских властей будет осуществлять проверки «знай своего покупателя» и «анти-отмывание денег» всех новых клиентов, чтобы создать безопасную базу пользователей.
Деятельность биржи одобрена AUSTRAC
В августе биржа планирует запустить пять криптовалют и четыре фиатных валюты. А именно: биткоин, bitcoin cash, bitcoin gold, litecoin, ripple, USD, AUD, JPY и EUR.
Blockbid уже зарегистрировалась в Австралийском центр по учету и анализу финансовых сделок (AUSTRAC). Это всего лишь третья компания, получившая разрешение AUSTRAC осуществлять операции с криптовалютами в Австралии с тех пор, как в апреле начали действовать новые правила.
Как мы уже сообщали, аналитический центр P.A.ID Strategies выпустил исследование о работе криптовалютных бирж и кошельков. Исследование заказала компания Mitek, занимающаяся разработкой систем цифровой идентификации. Целью работы было выяснить, следуют ли крупнейшие криптобиржи и кошельки в Европе и США принципу «знай своего покупателя» (KYC).
