В отношении инвесторов, которые пытаются вмешаться в разбирательство Комиссии по ценным бумагам и биржам США (SEC) и компании Ripple, Комиссия вынуждена возбудить судебное производство. Об этом SEC сообщает в своем обращении к суду. SEC напомнила, что может решать, в отношении кого заводить дело, на основании определенных факторов.
Напомним, все началось с обвинений в сторону Ripple насчет продажи незарегистрированных ценных бумаг под видом токенов XRP на $1,3 млрд. В суде инвесторы добились разрешения присоединиться к делу для отстаивания своих интересов. Однако в SEC не согласны с таким решением.
«Если инвесторам позволят вмешаться, это создаст опасный прецедент для будущих правоприменительных действий SEC», — сказали в финансовом регуляторе.
